Troxler poses for a photo with Sam Crews, then President of the North
Carolina Tobacco Growers Association, and Justice I. Beverly Lake, then
Chief Justice of the North Carolina Supreme Court at the tobacco
barn during the 2006 North Carolina State Fair. The
Commissioner started the tradition of curing a barn of tobacco during
the State Fair.

2006 Mountain State Fair Tractor Pull.

The Commissioner traveled with a delegation of agribusiness leaders to
Denmark, where they met with American Ambassador Jim Cain. In
this photo, Commissioner Troxler presents Mr. and Mrs. Cain with a
miniature North Carolina Tractor Trailer featuring North Carolina grown
products. The Department's International Marketing staff
works directly with dignitaries around the world to increase
exports of North Carolina agricultural products.
